QMS Partner Integration Onboarding SOP

This SOP outlines onboarding for third-party integrations with QuikStor Management Software (QMS). All integrations require client authorization before access is granted, ensuring security, clarity, and timely activation.

Step 1: Partner Confirms Client Agreement

Before requesting integration:

  • Partner must have an active agreement with the facility

  • Partner should confirm:

    • Facility Name

    • Facility Location (City, State)

    • Primary Contact Name

    • Service being provided


Step 2: Submit Integration Request (Authorization Required)

The partner must send an email to:


Option A: Single Facility Request

Use this format when requesting access for one location:

Hello QuikStor Team,

We’re pleased to announce that [Your Company Name] has partnered with [Facility Contact Person] at [Facility Name] in [Facility City, State] for [Your Service].

Would you please activate the API integration for this location and advise when complete?

Thank you,
[Your Name]
[Your Company Name]

Option B: Multi-Facility Request

Use this format when requesting access for multiple locations:

Hello QuikStor Team,

We’re pleased to announce that [Your Company Name] has partnered with the following facilities for [Your Service]:

- [Facility Name] – [City, State] (Contact: [Facility Contact Person])
- [Facility Name] – [City, State] (Contact: [Facility Contact Person])
- [Facility Name] – [City, State] (Contact: [Facility Contact Person])

Would you please activate the API integration for these locations and advise when complete?

Thank you,
[Your Name]
[Your Company Name]

Key Requirements

  • ✅ Client(s) must be CC’d on the email

  • ✅ Request must clearly identify facility details and service

  • ❌ Requests without client authorization will not be processed


Step 3: QuikStor Review & Verification

Upon receiving the request, the QuikStor team will:

  • Verify client authorization (via CC’d email)

  • Confirm facility exists in QMS

  • Validate partner integration eligibility

  • Create and assign an internal support ticket


Step 4: API Integration Activation

The QuikStor team will:

  • Enable API access for the partner

  • Configure necessary permissions

  • Link the integration to the correct facility database

Timeline

  • 1–2 business days from request submission


Step 5: Confirmation

Once complete:

  • QuikStor will reply to the original email thread confirming activation

  • Partner may proceed with:

    • Connection setup

    • Data sync

    • Testing (if applicable)


Step 6: Partner Setup & Testing (Partner Responsibility)

After activation, the partner is responsible for:

  • Connecting to QMS via their integration

  • Validating:

    • Data access

    • Sync behavior

    • Feature functionality

  • Coordinating go-live with the facility
